James van der Westhuizen

James is a clinical psychologist and organisational development and change specialist.

He was educated at the Universities of Pretoria, Johannesburg, Geneva and South Africa. James has held positions as human resources manager, strategy consultant and consulting principal at several large organisations before founding his own specialist consulting practice: KnowHouse in 1998. Since then James has consulted primarily to knowledge based organisations, mainly in telecommunications and financial services.
